I've been running great and it's a small sample, but I'm still very happy with 12bb/100 over 15k hands and I'm glad I've adapted to it so quickly. I think the stint at 6max did me some good, I'm now playing a much more solid TAG game than a year or so ago when I was more of a nit.
Having said that, full ring is all about figuring out when to nit and when not to. Take this hand for example (both regs):

Sick cooler huh? No dawg. Against some random aggro fish it's a sick cooler... against a reg with zero history who cold 4bet you after you 3bet an EP open, it's spew. Sure I can show up with an occasional cold 4b bluff (I did it with QJo in a similar spot earlier today vs an aggressive 3bettor) but that's gonna be very rare, and if I have QQ/AK am I really expecting him to ever ship worse hands for 130bbs? Even KK would be pretty damn thin.

i don't like your cold 4bet size at all!! 23-26BB has pretty much the same effect and allows you to bluff this spot in the future. do you ever cold 4bet bluff to this size?
We're slightly deep and OOP so I made it roughly 1/4 of effective stacks, although I agree it's still a bit big in retrospect... with 100bb stacks I'd probs make it about $24 so $28-29 should be about right here. I do make my 4b bluffs bigger too as stack sizes increase.
btw I'm still scratching my head over that weird hand I played vs you today, nh lol
