Sup guys, I'm blogging from Chicago which is an awesome city from what I've seen. My family managed to luckbox a free upgrade to these really nice suites so I'm very comfy right now. Weather has been great, it's been sunny until this morning when it rained for a bit, although this place is definitely called the Windy City for good reason, which is bad news for me and my long hippie hair, lol.
This place is really photogenic and I've been doing a lot of sightseeing, so lots of nice photos and I'll post a few of them on here. On our second day here we did a Segway tour which was great fun. Also went to the Hancock Obvservatory which has a cool view but is pretty disappointing if you want to take photos, the glare on the windows ranges from moderate during the day to awful at night. Managed to get a ton of great shots from the boat tour though, as well as from Buckingham Fountain at night, my 50mm lens was great even without a tripod.
The food has got to be one of my favourite things here, there's a huge Hispanic population here so there are plenty of places that do Mexican food - shame there's no big chains like Chipotle in the UK, I swear I could eat that stuff every day. They do great breakfasts here too, tons of diners that do all different types of eggs and pancakes. I don't have any pics of the food so this isn't gonna be a Doublefly type blog post but suffice to say I'm not gonna starve here.
There's a bunch of huge shops here although we're travelling light so I haven't bought a whole lot of stuff. I did drop 4 buyins on a pair of Bose QC3s which are pretty sick, works out a fair bit cheaper than in the UK so I thought I might as well get them here. Should come in handy for the flights too. Anyways, here's some photos, I'll probs do another blog post once I get to NY.

Welcome to America!
Even though Euros in general and Brits especially seem to have a disdain for baseball, you should catch a game while you're here! Would recommend the White Sox instead of the Cubs, if they're in town.
Re: food,
you have to try Chicago deep dish pizza. I'm sure you can find some places around town that proclaim they have the best
Wife and I loooove Chi-town! Usually do a Cubbie series or two and stay within walking distance of Wrigley when we hit town. Walking along the lake, hitting Miracle Mile (Mrs EN09!), and the food is spectacular. Cubby Bear, Harry Caray's Tavern and one of my favorites the Raw Bar down the street from Wrigley. Super nightlife too!
Went for deep dish at Gino's East. DD ain't our thing I guess! Gimme good ol' fashioned NYNY hand-tossed by the origianl guido's (not Joisey Shore punks)any day!
