On the road to robusto

Yesterday was the most tilted I've been in a while... my worst day before that was about -$400 so it really did my head in and I had to go for a walk at 2am to clear my mind, lol

Luckily today went a lot better - I stuck to 100NL and ran well, crushed it for just over $800:

Also I have a small piece of someone in a WPT event and he's in the money with an above average stack so please ship the $910k first prize one time, gogogo... if he makes the FT I just about should be unstuck for the month =)

Here's some sexy triple barrels from today (3rd one might be slightly spewy but meh):

I think if any of those triple barrels are spewy, it's the 2nd and 4th ones. Is there any particular reason you felt the need to shove rather than make closer to a pot sized bet on the third hand? As for the last one, I'm also interested in why you decided to slightly overbet the pot.

By third hand I meant second hand. Sorry.

2nd one was a 3bet pot so by betting small on earlier streets I give myself a lot more room to manoeuvre on later streets instead, instead of just firing flop big and shutting down when called

Last hand was vs a fairly straightforward reg and I figure he has Jx a decent amount so an overbet is going to have way more FE than a 3/4 pot bet
